- When will my order ship?
- In stock items ship within the week, usually the next business day. To pre-order out of stock items, please email anna@evergreenneedlepoint.com or include a note in your order.
- Where are you shipping from?
- Our processing facility is currently in Greensboro, NC as of 8/1. Most packages ship USPS First Class or UPS Ground.
- Are your canvases stitch painted?
- Every single canvas in the Evergreen line is stitch painted by hand.
- What is your retail markup?
- My retail pricing reflects many factors, and ranges from 2x-3.2x depending on the item. I respect all business owner's indiviudal pricing decisions and do not have a suggested MSRP.
- Can I shop in person?
- We hope to attend the Spring Market in 2025 in Orlando, FL and hope to see you there!
- Do you have trunk shows?
- At this time, we do not offer trunk shows. Should this change, we'll contact the mailing list with openings.
