Policies

Wholesale Pricing

At Evergreen Needlepoint, we value our wholesale partners and strive to maintain the integrity and sustainability of our products across all sales channels. To ensure fairness and consistency in the marketplace, we require all wholesale customers to adhere to the following pricing policy:

Minimum Retail Pricing

Wholesale customers must sell Evergreen Needlepoint products at a minimum of 2 times (2x) the wholesale purchase price.

This applies to both online and in-store retail sales.

Exceptions for Short-Term Promotions

Temporary discounts and promotions (e.g., Black Friday, holiday sales, clearance events) are permitted.
Promotional sales must be short-term in nature and may not exceed 7 consecutive days without prior written approval.

In-Person Event Promotions

Evergreen Needlepoint does not currently offer trunk shows.
From time to time, Evergreen Needlepoint may host or participate in in-person events with our wholesale partners.
For such events, the suggested promotional discount is 20% off the standard retail price, though the final pricing is left to the discretion of the store.

Policy Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in suspension or termination of wholesale purchasing privileges.
Evergreen Needlepoint reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time to protect brand value and wholesale partnerships.
